This is the getting to know you phase. The product/service needed is indentified, information is exchanged & communication is established between all parties involved.

Based on the scope of work determined during phase 1, a preliminary budget/estimate is prepared taking into consideration relevant aspects such as: overall project budget, floor plans specifications, quantities/order volume.

During this phase, potential vendors are evaluated & qualified based on contract terms, pricing, reputation, warranty options, & quality of service.

Value engineering evaluations & industry expertise enable us to provide vendor or material recommendations to reduce the bottom-line budget.

This is a very active phase where purchase orders are created & sent out to qualified vendors.

There is constant monitoring & progress reporting of budgets, product tracking, drawings, finish samples, materials, & prototypes, as well as quality controls checks when needed.
